Calculator values stay in the browser
Clock-in time, clock-out or current time, billable minutes, completed minutes, break minutes, target percentages, credit percentages, and calculated results are processed locally by browser JavaScript. Application code does not transmit those input values.
No patient information requested
The site does not request names, diagnoses, medical record numbers, dates of birth, treatment notes, or other patient-identifying information. Do not enter patient information into any numeric calculator field.
Saved defaults
Nothing is saved unless “Save defaults” is selected. That action stores only four settings in localStorage on the current device:
- Target productivity percentage
- Default total unpaid break duration
- 12-hour or 24-hour output preference
- Last-used calculator mode
Clock times, billable minutes, completed minutes, calculated results, clipboard text, and daily history are not saved. Use “Clear saved defaults” in the calculator settings to remove the stored settings. Browser privacy controls can also clear site storage.
Analytics and advertising
No third-party analytics provider, advertising script, tag manager, tracking pixel, or behavioral profiling library is installed. The application emits a local browser event with an event name and page or calculator-mode identifier. It excludes calculator inputs, times, minutes, percentages, clipboard content, free text, and import URLs. The site works identically if that local event fails.
Ordinary hosting metadata
A hosting or content-delivery provider may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and network or error logs. Those provider operations are separate from calculator input processing.
External sites
Links to APTA, AOTA, ASHA, CMS, and other external resources lead to sites with their own privacy practices. This site does not control their storage, cookies, analytics, or request logs.
