Why the site exists

A clinician often needs one direct answer: when a target and credited-minute total are entered, what is the estimated clock-out time? The same workday can also require a current percentage or a remaining-minute plan. Existing tools frequently separate those tasks, omit unpaid-break handling, or leave rounding assumptions unexplained. This site keeps all three within one immediate calculator.

What it calculates

The main calculator estimates clock-out time, current productivity, paid work time, paid nonbillable time, total required credited minutes, and remaining credited minutes. Supporting tools estimate total timed units under the Medicare 8-minute-rule pattern and apply user-entered credit percentages to concurrent and group treatment minutes.

What it does not decide

The site does not determine which activities are billable, choose a productivity target, interpret an employment or payer policy, allocate CPT codes, establish medical necessity, or measure care quality. Its output is a planning estimate based on values supplied by the user.

Independent by design

Therapy Productivity is not affiliated with APTA, AOTA, ASHA, CMS, any employer, any payer, or any healthcare system. Professional and government pages are linked as primary context, not as endorsements.

Accuracy, corrections, privacy, and access

Formulas and edge cases are documented, tested, and visible in “Show the math.” Calculator values remain in the browser. The interface uses semantic controls, visible labels, keyboard-accessible tabs, associated error messages, and restrained layouts that remain usable at narrow widths and high zoom.
